Choosing the Right Banner Size for Your Bendigo Event

Fence Banners

School fences, sporting ground perimeters, and construction hoardings. Standard vinyl banners at 3000mm x 1000mm cover a comfortable section of fence and are readable from across the street. For longer runs - building site hoardings or sports field perimeters - go wider (4000mm to 6000mm) or use multiple banners.

Shopfront and Entrance Banners

Above a door or across a shopfront window, 2000mm x 800mm to 3000mm x 1000mm is the standard range. Measure the space first - a banner that's too wide for the fascia or too tall for the window looks like an afterthought.

Indoor Event Banners

For halls, school gyms, and indoor venues, fabric banners are often a better choice than vinyl. They hang without curl, don't reflect overhead lighting, and look more refined indoors. Size depends on ceiling height and viewing distance - 2000mm x 1000mm is a comfortable starting point for most halls.

Pull-up banners at 850mm x 2000mm are the standard for information nights, expos, and registration desks. They set up in seconds and pack into a carry bag. Two or three create an instant branded display at any venue.

How to Choose
