Behind the graphics

Bendigo Graphics is a marketing agency with integrated print production, managing every stage of a brand from design through to delivery, working with the businesses that keep Central Victoria running.

Xavier grew up on a chicken farm in regional Victoria, in a family that went from poultry to a bus company to laundromats in Staten Island and South Brooklyn. He moved to New York at 17 and taught himself web and graphic design inside the Sheepshead Bay stores and school on the Upper West Side, building the brand for Star Laundromats. In a market as dense and competitive as New York, positioning is essential, and the rebrand proved it: the business grew threefold, other operators started asking for the same, and the client list grew into a business of its own. That business took him into a tech startup in SoHo, working with service businesses across the US on brand, web design, and digital campaigns, where the same principle was reinforced: in any market, businesses that position themselves well win the comparison before the work is ever compared.

At 19 he came home and bought Bendigo Graphics, a 30-year-old print business, for about the price of a new car - a fair trade for someone who spent his learners years in the NYC subway - and rebuilt it from the ground up. The studio now manages marketing end to end for ten retained brands and counting across Australia and the US, and produces work for countless enterprise accounts including Thales, NBN Co, and Guzman y Gomez. In 2026 it was named a Bendigo Business Excellence Awards finalist.

Bendigo Graphics is built to be the one marketing partner a business needs, unlocking infinite possibilities of what the brand can become and who it can reach
