Do we need a big list?

No. A few hundred customers who already know you is a good start. We tidy what you have and it grows from there.

Who writes the emails?

We do, in your voice, from a short brief. You see every email in Pulse and say yes or ask for changes before it sends.

Is email part of the Marketing Plans?

Yes. On the Department plan we plan and send your emails as part of the month. On the Studio plan your design hours can go on email designs. Design beyond your 25 hours is $200 an hour + GST, charged in 15 minute increments.
