Can you drill rivet holes?

Yes, to your drawing. Send a drawing or sketch with the hole sizes and positions, and we’ll set the plates to match. You’ll see the hole positions on your proof, so you can check them against your equipment before anything is made. Plates can also have adhesive backing instead of holes if that suits the surface better.

Can they go outdoors?

Yes. The ink is UV-cured onto the metal, so the print stands up to weather, sunlight and handling. That makes the plates suited to equipment, switchboards and plant that live outside or in a workshop. If they’ll be near solvents or heat, mention it with your order so we can check the finish suits.

What’s the minimum order?

One. You can order a single plate, or a serialised run matched to a spreadsheet of asset numbers or part numbers. Send the data with your order and each plate is set with its own details. One proof covers the layout, so you can check it before the run is made.

Can you print on blanks we supply?

Yes, yours can be printed too. Send us the size, thickness and finish of your blanks first so we can check they suit the print process. We’ll confirm before you send them in, and your quote will show the price for printing on your own plates.
