The Heavy Tee is the AS Colour 5080 - 220gsm combed cotton with a more structured fit than the Staple. It holds its shape better through repeated washing and gives a premium feel that customers and staff notice. Same print quality, more substance in hand.
Prints clean, washes well
Full colour DTF or DTG printing at 1200 dpi. Fine lines, gradients, and photographic detail all hold up. The heavier cotton means less show-through on white garments and better colour saturation on darks.
Stocked and printed in Bendigo
We hold popular colours through our AS Colour trade account and print in-house. Singles, small runs, or bulk uniform orders - same turnaround, same quality.
File Requirements
We'll always do our best to work with what you've got. Vector files (PDF or .AI with text outlined) give us the cleanest result and the fastest turnaround - but if you're not sure what format your files are in, just send them through and we'll take a look.
If anything needs adjusting before we can print, we'll let you know upfront - no surprises. Files that need significant rework (redrawing logos, recreating artwork from low-res images) are quoted separately as design work.
All artwork is produced in good faith based on the files you supply. Colour, quality, and accuracy are subject to the original file. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
