The Relax Hood is AS Colour's heavyweight at 350gsm. Thicker fleece, oversized fit, dropped shoulders. It feels substantial and expensive - the kind of hoodie people actually want to buy, not just wear because they have to. That makes it ideal for retail merch and brand drops.

Oversized fit, premium hand feel

The relaxed cut and heavier fleece mean prints and embroidery sit differently than on a regular-fit hoodie. Chest logos sit wider, back prints have more canvas. We'll scale your artwork to suit the oversized proportions so it looks intentional, not undersized.

From singles to a full merch run

Stocked through our AS Colour trade account. Order one sample or a full size run. Printed or embroidered in our Bendigo studio and quality-checked before dispatch.

File Requirements

We'll always do our best to work with what you've got. Vector files (PDF or .AI with text outlined) give us the cleanest result and the fastest turnaround - but if you're not sure what format your files are in, just send them through and we'll take a look.

If anything needs adjusting before we can print, we'll let you know upfront - no surprises. Files that need significant rework (redrawing logos, recreating artwork from low-res images) are quoted separately as design work.

All artwork is produced in good faith based on the files you supply. Colour, quality, and accuracy are subject to the original file. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
