Light, soft, and made for warm weather

The Staple Minus is the 150gsm version of Australia's most popular blank. Thinner, softer, and lighter than the standard Staple - built for summer events, festival merch, and casual everyday wear. It drapes differently and feels more relaxed straight out of the box.

Prints just as well as the heavier options

DTF and DTG both work on the lighter fabric. Full colour, photographic detail, fine lines - the print quality doesn't change with the weight. The lighter cotton means the print sits closer to the body for a more fitted graphic look.

Perfect for event merch and giveaways

The lower fabric weight means a lower price point per unit, making it ideal for volume runs - event tees, promo giveaways, and market merch. Printed and finished in our Bendigo studio.

File Requirements

We'll always do our best to work with what you've got. Vector files (PDF or .AI with text outlined) give us the cleanest result and the fastest turnaround - but if you're not sure what format your files are in, just send them through and we'll take a look.

If anything needs adjusting before we can print, we'll let you know upfront - no surprises. Files that need significant rework (redrawing logos, recreating artwork from low-res images) are quoted separately as design work.

All artwork is produced in good faith based on the files you supply. Colour, quality, and accuracy are subject to the original file. Full details in our Terms & Conditions.
