Can you match a Pantone?

Yes. A sample is printed and checked against the swatch before the run. Send us the Pantone reference with your order, and if you have a physical swatch or a previous item to match, even better. Different materials take ink differently, so we’ll tell you upfront if a colour can only get close.

What files do you need?

Vector PDF or EPS with text outlined and the cut line on a spot colour. For serialised items, send the data as a spreadsheet so each label or plate can be set from it. If your files aren’t in that format, send what you have and we’ll check them and quote any setup needed.

Do you hold our artwork?

Yes, print-ready files from every order are kept on file. Reorders start from the approved version rather than from scratch, which keeps labels, plates and signage consistent across sites and years. If your artwork changes, send the update and we’ll replace the file once you approve the new proof.

Minimum quantity?

None. Serialised runs go to one, so you can order a single replacement label or a full run. For serialised work, send the data in a spreadsheet and each item is set with its own number. One proof covers the layout before the run is made.
