Can players order their own?

Yes, through a portal with your sizes and colours. Players and parents order what they need, which saves someone in the club from collecting sizes by hand. Your designs stay on file, so new players can order kit that matches the rest of the team.

Sponsor logo changes?

Send the new one. The banner file is here, so we swap the logo and send you a proof before anything prints. It works the same for shirts, signs and banners, so you can keep sponsors current each season without redesigning everything.

Minimum polo order?

None. You can order a single polo for a new volunteer or a full set for the committee. Your logo and print position stay on file, so every reorder matches. A minimum order value applies, so very small orders are priced to cover setup.

Can you invoice grant-funded items?

Yes. We invoice to the club and can split sponsor items onto their own invoice. If a grant needs a quote first, ask us and we’ll prepare one with the details you need. Let us know how the paperwork should be set out and we’ll match it.

Can you help with the club website and socials?

Yes. We build club websites and can run social posts that thank sponsors and promote game days, so sponsors see the value of being on your banner. See our marketing plans.
