Walking into a print shop for the first time can feel like walking into a mechanic - you're not sure what to ask for or what things cost. Here's what actually happens when you visit.

It's a Conversation, Not a Counter

We're a small studio, not a retail store. There's no queue, no ticket system, no "take a number." You walk in, tell us what you need, and we talk through it. Sometimes that conversation takes two minutes. Sometimes it takes twenty. Either way, you leave with a clear plan and a price.

You Don't Need to Know the Technical Stuff

"I need stickers for my business" is a perfectly fine starting point. You don't need to specify vinyl type, laminate finish, or die-cut vs kiss-cut. That's our job. Tell us what the sticker needs to do (go on a product, survive outdoors, look premium) and we'll recommend the right specs.

Same goes for signage, apparel, and everything else. Describe the outcome you want and we'll handle the technical path to get there.

We'll Show You Samples

If you're choosing between materials, finishes, or garments, we'll show you physical samples. Holding a 400gsm matte laminated card next to a 300gsm uncoated card tells you more in two seconds than any description can. This is one of the main advantages of going local.

You'll Get a Proof Before We Print

Nothing goes to production without your approval. We send a digital proof showing exactly what will be printed - layout, colours, sizing. You check it, confirm it, and then we make it.

Turnaround and Pickup

Most jobs are ready in 3 to 5 business days. We'll tell you the timeline upfront. When it's done, we'll let you know and you pick it up from the studio. We also ship Australia-wide if you need it sent.
