Walking into a design and print business for the first time can feel a bit like walking into a mechanic's: you are not sure what to ask for or what anything costs. It is simpler than that.

It is also where you collect finished orders if you choose local pickup. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
Where do I park?
Street parking is available on Lyttleton Terrace directly out front and in the surrounding side streets. It is usually easy to find a spot during business hours. If the nearest spots are taken, Short Street and Garsed Street are a short walk.
It is a conversation, not a counter
We are a small, design-led team, not a retail store. There is no queue and no ticket system. You walk in, tell us what you need and we talk it through. Sometimes that takes two minutes, sometimes twenty. Either way, you leave with a clear plan and an idea of what drives the cost, and every product on our website has live pricing on its page if you want to check options before or after.
You do not need to know the technical stuff
"I need stickers for my business" is a perfectly good starting point. You do not need to specify the vinyl, the laminate or die-cut versus kiss-cut. That is our job. Tell us what the sticker needs to do, such as go on a product, survive outdoors or look premium, and we will recommend the right specs.
The same goes for signage, apparel and everything else. Describe the outcome you want and we will work out the technical path.
If you are choosing between materials, finishes or garments, we can show you physical samples. Holding thick 400gsm business cards next to a standard card tells you more in two seconds than any description. It is one of the main advantages of going local.
What should I bring?
Bring whatever you have. The more of this list you can tick, the more we can settle in one visit:
Artwork files: the highest quality versions you have, on a USB, by email or as a cloud link. Vector files for logos, high-resolution images for photos.
No files? Bring an old business card, a photo of what you are after, a sketch or just a description. We design from scratch regularly.
For signs: measurements of the space in millimetres (width and height, measured yourself) and a photo of where it will go.
For apparel: your logo, roughly how many garments and the sizes for your team. If you have a style you like, such as a polo, tee, hoodie or hi-vis, bring a sample or tell us.
For a reorder: your previous order details or a sample of last time. We keep files on record for repeat clients, so often your name is enough.
Your date: when you need it in your hands.
Before you visit: bring your logo file, the sizes you need, a photo of where it is going, your quantity and the date you need it by. With those five things, most jobs can be settled in one conversation.
Smaller signs like A-frames, pull-up banners and decals are easy to put up yourself. Larger fixed signs are usually fitted by your builder or a sign installer you choose, so bring their size notes if they have any.

What happens after my visit?
If the job needs design work, we tell you upfront what that involves. If your files are print ready, we confirm the specs.
Then you get a proof. Nothing goes to production without your approval: you check the layout, wording and sizing on screen and approve it, our local team checks it too, and then our trusted production partners make it.
Each product page shows an estimated turnaround based on our production lead times, and your order shows an estimated ready date. See how long printing takes for the full picture. When it is ready, we let you know and you can collect it from Lyttleton Terrace or have it delivered.
Good to know: timing runs from when you approve the proof, not from your first visit. Proof rounds are where most of the time goes, so check names, phone numbers and spelling carefully on the first one.
Do I have to visit in person?
