Need Printing in Bendigo? Here’s What to Do First

Step one isn't finding a printer. It's knowing what you need and what to ask for. Here's the quick checklist before you get in touch.

Know What You Need Printed

Sounds obvious, but "I need some printing done" is a very different starting point to "I need 250 business cards, 100 die-cut stickers, and a 3-metre banner." The more specific you can be about products, quantities, and sizes, the faster you'll get an accurate quote.

Not sure what you need? That's fine too. A good printer will help you figure it out based on what you're trying to achieve. "I'm opening a cafe and need signage" is enough to start a useful conversation.

Gather Your Files

If you have a logo, find the highest quality version. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are best. If all you have is a JPEG, that works too - just send the largest version you can find. If you have a complete design (a finished layout for a card, flyer, or banner), export it as a PDF.

Set a Budget and Timeline

Knowing your budget helps your printer recommend the right materials and quantities. There's no shame in saying "I've got $300 to spend" - that's useful information that leads to a better recommendation than guessing.

Timeline matters too. If you need it by Friday, say so upfront. Standard turnaround is 3 to 5 business days, but rush jobs are possible if we know early enough.
